Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Most orders ship within 1 business day. We ship from multiple warehouses across the USA, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Shipping rates
Orders $75 and up: free shipping.
Orders under $75: Economy shipping for $5.95, usually 4–7 business days.
Faster UPS and USPS options are available at checkout, priced by the carrier.

Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain box with no brand names or logos, and the shipping label shows a generic name. Your card statement won't say AdultLuxe.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you tracking information.
