Free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.
For orders under $75, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day they're placed. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing during peak periods or holidays.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Time
Most domestic orders arrive within 3-4 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
We ship via UPS and USPS from our USA-based warehouses.

Modifying Your Order
Need to make a change after placing your order? We get it — things happen. Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with your order number and the changes you need. We'll do our best to make the update before your order leaves the warehouse, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Route Package Protection
For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. For a small premium added to your order, Route covers you against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If something goes wrong with your delivery, you can file a claim directly through the Route app for a quick resolution.
Route Protection is optional and can be added during checkout.
International Shipping
AdultLuxe ships worldwide through our international shipping partner, GlobalShopex.
To place an international order, simply add items to your cart and select the "International Checkout" option. The GlobalShopex checkout page will show you the full cost of shipping, duties, and taxes upfront — no surprises.
You can choose to prepay duties and taxes at checkout, or pay upon delivery.
