Free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.
Orders under $75 ship Economy for a flat $5.95. Faster UPS and USPS options, priced by the carrier, are available at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1 business day. During holidays and other peak periods, please allow a little extra time.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Time
Most domestic orders arrive within 4–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
We ship via UPS and USPS from our USA-based warehouses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track My Order page.
Modifying Your Order
Need to make a change after placing your order? We get it — things happen. Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with your order number and the changes you need. We'll do our best to make the update before your order leaves the warehouse, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Package Protection
For added peace of mind, you can add Package Protection at checkout for a small fee. It's provided by AfterShip Protection, powered by UPS InsureShield, and covers packages that are lost in transit, stolen from your porch or delivered damaged.
If something goes wrong, file a claim at adultluxe.aftership.com/protection. Enter your order details, choose what happened, and include photos if the package arrived damaged. Claims are usually reviewed within 2–5 business days, and once yours is approved, we'll reship your order, refund you or issue store credit.
Package Protection is optional and can be added during checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only, including APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
