What if I need to modify my order?
While we try to get your order out as soon as possible, if you have noticed an error in your order, please contact us as possible so that we may correct your order. We will make every attempt to make the change but we cannot guarantee it will be changed before it leaves our warehouse. Please use the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page to reach us. Include your order number for faster processing.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped same day but please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped
How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3-4 business days of being shipped.

What is Route Protection?
Route Protection is a peace of mind package protection program in partnership with Route. For a small premium added to your order value, you are protected against any mail theft or lost packages. Claims are simply filed via the Route app.
Do you currently do International Shipping?
AdultLuxe.com is pleased to ship worldwide through our international partner. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost of shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or pay upon delivery. If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery.

All our products ship from USA based warehouses.
Is there any branding or any company names on the box?
We ship our products in brown discreet boxes without any names of the company or the product mentioned anywhere at all. We respect your privacy at all times.
