Hells Tether is two devious CBT tools in one. At its core is a heavy metal ball stretcher — a substantial weighted ring that clamps around the scrotum to add a constant, grounding pull. But add the included ankle cuffs and it transforms into a humbler, forcing your sub to stay exactly where you want them — on their knees.
It's built for serious power-exchange play. The weighty ring secures with the included allen wrench, and the ankle cuffs attach to force your partner down into submission. Those cuffs adjust to fit and feature three D-ring attachment points, so you can clip on more restraints and lock them down further; they also have locking buckles if you want to add a padlock.
