What is a wand vibrator?
A wand vibrator is a vibrator with a long handle and a big, rounded head that spreads deep, rumbly vibration over a wide area. It's made for the outside of your body: your clit and vulva, nipples, perineum or balls. Several here work as full-body massagers for sore muscles, too. You'll also hear it called a wand massager or a body wand.

Types of wand vibrators
Full-size rechargeable wands

How to choose a wand vibrator

How to use a wand vibrator
- Charge it, or plug in the Magic Wand Plus.
- Start on the lowest setting, through underwear or a towel if it's a lot.
- Move the head around your vulva and clit (or shaft, balls and perineum) first.
- Mix broad contact with pinpoint pressure from the head's edge.
- Add water-based lube for skin-on-skin.
- With a partner, agree on limits, hold it between your bodies or use a harness, and stop at once if either of you asks.
- Take a break if it goes buzzy or numb.
Cleaning, care and safety

Is a wand vibrator meant to be inserted?
No: the head stays outside, on your clit, vulva, nipples, perineum or balls. The exceptions are made for it: the insertable ends of dual-ended wands like the Ultra Thrust-Her, and solid steel and crystal wands like the njoy Pure Wand.
Is it OK to use a wand vibrator every day?
For most people, yes, if it feels good.
