I've never used something like this, but now I understand why there's a model with a button your squeeze to create a tighter experience. This thing feels like banging someone who's really loose. Not sure the suction does all that much. Vibration is kind of nice, but also nothing noteworthy. Lastly, I'm not super huge or anything, but it's really easy to bottom out on this thing, which pinches a bit.
